About the Team:
Our Content Operations Strategy and Enablement (COSE) team is pivotal in establishing robust strategies and infrastructure to propel sustainable growth within our Expert Calls and Compliance Operations sectors. Collaborating closely with client-facing and cross-functional teams, we significantly influence the overall impact of AlphaSense’s Expert Insights organization. The team is structured into the following key pillars:
- Systems Strategy: Enhancing operational efficiency through strategic technology deployments, advanced analytics, and collaborative efforts with Vendor, Data, and Product partners.
- Enablement: Empowering our teams to excel in their roles through comprehensive training, effective communication, and robust knowledge management.
- Strategy & Planning: Guiding organizational growth through meticulous planning, account strategies, performance management, and operational initiatives.
- Compliance Programs: Utilizing systems, technology, and data to support compliance teams and streamline processes.
- Business Operations & Strategy: Identifying and implementing initiatives for top-line growth and bottom-line optimization.
