Your Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly/quarterly close processes, consolidation, and reporting packages. Lead the preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements and disclosures; support initiatives for future SEC-readiness. Manage the accounting operations of foreign subsidiaries, including statutory reporting, intercompany processes, and local audits. Conduct technical accounting assessments concerning international entities, currency implications, revenue recognition, equity, leases, and acquisitions. Enhance global accounting policies, procedures, internal controls, and governance frameworks. Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and local business leaders to guarantee complete and accurate reporting of global financial results. Mentor and develop an expanding, geographically distributed accounting team. What We Seek A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible accounting experience. In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and international reporting standards. Experience with global consolidations, foreign currency, and multi-entity operations. Demonstrated ability to design scalable reporting processes in a high-growth environment. Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SEC reporting is a plus.
