What You Will Do Lead a team from day one, developing analytical skills and strong execution. Build business development efforts by cultivating relationships with growth partners and key merchants. Work across the US Marketplace Organization to develop strategic plans, secure resources, and improve user experiences in local markets. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, and Operations to identify and develop new growth initiatives. Use both quantitative and qualitative data, including AI tools, to inform strategy and direction. Turn concepts into real-world results, seeing projects through from idea to execution. Support ongoing improvement across the business. What We’re Looking For More than 10 years of experience in strategy and operations, ideally within a high-growth setting.
