In the role of Storefront and Experience Strategy Lead, you will be instrumental in defining and enhancing how Zoro showcases its product assortment through critical entry points such as the homepage, landing pages, and promotional storefronts. You will be responsible for strategizing the customer journey through curated experiences that harmonize relevance, seasonality, and business objectives.
This position operates at the convergence of Merchandising, Marketing, and Product, ensuring that the storefront experience is not only engaging but also scalable, further enhancing product discovery and conversion rates.
What You’ll Do
- Develop the overarching strategy for Zoro’s storefront experiences, encompassing homepage, landing pages, cross-category, and campaign-driven experiences.
- Create frameworks for product and category visibility based on customer context (e.g., seasonality, industry, and behavior).
- Implement scalable storefront merchandising approaches, including content prioritization, placement logic, and personalization strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing teams to translate campaigns and promotions into impactful onsite experiences that foster engagement and conversion.
- Work in tandem with Product partners to enhance storefront functionalities (e.g., CMS, personalization tools, testing frameworks) and improve execution flexibility and speed.
- Establish best practices for connecting storefront experiences to search, navigation, and category journeys to support comprehensive discovery.
- Identify avenues for improving storefront performance through refined curation, relevance, and customer guidance.
- Set standards to maintain consistency and quality across storefront experiences while allowing for targeted differentiation when necessary.
- Define success metrics to evaluate performance and effectiveness.
