Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive research on existing college mentorship programs in the Chicago area to assess their effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Perform an academic analysis of various business mentoring models to identify which are most successful based on existing studies.
Compile research findings and establish a structured framework for mentorship programs.
