Key Responsibilities:Perform basic vehicle services and repairs accurately and efficiently, adhering to Monro’s operational standards.Execute tire services including wheel removal, balancing, patch/plug repairs, changing, mounting, installation, and TPMS service and repair.Conduct vehicle services such as lubrications, oil changes, and basic maintenance tasks (e.g., bulb, wiper blade, and filter replacements), along with battery testing and installations.Complete Monro’s Courtesy Inspection process for every guest vehicle, identifying, documenting, and communicating additional required services and repairs.Assist in inventory management, including pulling tires and parts, unloading, and stocking inventory.Support general store operations, ensuring the store is maintained to Monro’s cleanliness standards and is guest-ready.Perform services in compliance with Monro’s safety standards, including adherence to wheel torque, oil safety, and compliance procedures.Test drive vehicles in accordance with Monro’s Road Test policy, using designated test drive routes while observing local traffic laws.Stay informed and maintain technical knowledge through timely completion of Monro University training courses.Safely operate and maintain all equipment following Monro and equipment manufacturer guidelines.Perform additional duties as assigned.
