About the job
Join ens-solutions as a Trellix Endpoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Engineer, where you will be responsible for designing, deploying, managing, and operationalizing enterprise-level data protection controls. As the technical lead for Trellix EDR/DLP components, you will ensure that sensitive data is effectively identified, monitored, and safeguarded across the organization. Utilize your analytical and engineering skills, along with strong stakeholder engagement, to bolster our information protection strategy and secure the organization's vital data assets.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building a robust enterprise data protection program, providing visibility to security leadership and operational teams. You will lead the enterprise deployment, configuration, tuning, and maintenance of Trellix Endpoint DLP, with a focus on policy automation, agent health, and performance optimization. Your expertise will assist in analyzing and operationalizing DLP policies, rulesets, and incident workflows in alignment with data governance requirements.
Moreover, you will integrate the Trellix DLP platform with SIEM, SOAR, CASB, CMDB, and identity security tools to ensure comprehensive visibility and automated responses. Analyze DLP telemetry, alerts, and incidents to discern patterns of data exfiltration, risk signals, and false positives. Collaborate with legal, compliance, data governance, and HR teams to establish rulesets, thresholds, and exception workflows. Develop engineering playbooks, standard operating procedures, and runbooks for effective policy lifecycle management.
Your responsibilities also include managing endpoint agent health, overseeing upgrades, implementing change control measures, and maintaining platform stability across the enterprise. Conduct root-cause analysis of user-impact, policy misfires, and endpoint inventory issues. Provide guidance to application and business teams on data classification, tagging, and secure data handling practices, ensuring alignment with Zero Trust principles, privacy requirements, and enterprise data protection strategies.
