As a Flight Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Air Education and Training Command (AETC) flying training squadrons. Your responsibilities will encompass Standardization and Evaluation, Aircrew Training, and Flight Scheduling/Programming support, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and maintain essential documentation and Flight Evaluation Folders (FEF).
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards as outlined in 11-2MDSV2 and AFI 11-202V2, along with additional local guidance for AETC personnel and students.
- Maintain training records and documentation, securing necessary approvals from the Training Officer.
- Facilitate training program development, upgrades, and currency for permanent party faculty, while managing local training/testing programs for aircrew.
- Oversee scheduling of aircraft, academic sessions, and training devices, ensuring alignment with AETC Instruction (AETCI) 36-2605 requirements.
- Manage logistics for ground and flying training, ensuring compliance with AFI 11-2MDS as well as local instructor program protocols.
