In this pivotal role, you will serve as the internal subject matter expert, driving a high-quality, repeatable partnership model.Key Responsibilities:Conduct scoping calls with customers and prospects to capture workflows, requirements, and acceptance criteria.Evaluate partner API documentation and collaborate with Engineering to determine feasibility, effort, risks, and dependencies.Assess the strategic viability of customer-sourced integrations for FMX's development and support.Initiate formal partnership steps with vendors when appropriate.Drive scope alignment and secure formal agreements through Statements of Work (SOW).Oversee delivery and testing processes with Engineering and the requesting customer.Develop and manage a structured inbound partner intake process.Define and uphold criteria for official FMX partnership status.Lead partnership formation activities, documenting agreements and expectations.Manage ongoing partner relationships, including maintaining profiles and engagement history in a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) or CRM system.Ensure partners are adequately prepared for testing by providing necessary environments, documentation, and support.Maintain an up-to-date inventory of partnerships and integrations.Identify and pursue strategic integration opportunities to enhance FMX's marketability, retention, and revenue growth.Validate market demand and recruit design partners or test customers for integrations.Coordinate testing for FMX-sourced strategic integrations by engaging FMX customers.Execute the feasibility and testing process consistently across customer-sourced and FMX-sourced work.Guarantee long-term supportability of integrations through clear ownership, documentation, and governance.Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to launch and promote integrations to our customer base.Create enablement materials such as positioning documents, one-pagers, FAQs, qualification guidance, and internal playbooks.Monitor partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline metrics, iterating on results as needed.Provide organized and proactive stakeholder updates detailing status, risks, decisions required, and next steps.
