This is an incredible opportunity to positively impact the lives of children with autism while working in a supportive environment. As a Behavior Technician, you will engage in one-on-one sessions with children, executing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll employ evidence-based strategies to foster communication, social interaction, and daily living skills while minimizing disruptive behaviors.
