This position involves close collaboration with partner data, demanding meticulous attention to detail and robust analytical skills. You should be adept at handling large datasets, with a self-motivated and proactive approach to analyzing and prioritizing information from various sources. This role requires building relationships across multiple departments within the organization. Adapting to a fast-paced environment is essential.This position requires working from our Miami office at least 3 days a week.Your Responsibilities:Assist the NORAM and LATAM commercial teams by addressing all internal analytics requests, translating data into actionable insights and easily interpretable reports.Track daily performance metrics across all verticals for NORAM and LATAM, staying informed about traffic fluctuations, changes in business metrics, product updates, and A/B testing results.Oversee the quality of partner booking and conversion tracking for the LATAM region, identifying discrepancies and enhancing sales tracking mechanisms.Enhance internal reporting by creating innovative dashboards and data visualizations.Investigate inconsistencies in key business metrics among various reporting and data sources.Collaborate with the business team to define essential metrics.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required, with a preference for fields such as Business, Economics, IT, or related disciplines.Previous experience in the travel industry is advantageous but not mandatory.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
