A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, testing, and troubleshooting energy storage systems. Proficient with battery testing equipment and methodologies. Strong understanding of energy storage system architecture and design principles. Experience in battery management system (BMS) requirements and design, including hardware and software integration. Ability to conduct validation at cell, module, and pack levels, supporting bring-up, testing, debugging, and vehicle integration. Demonstrated capability to create ramp plans from development units to production and sustain fielded energy storage systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis effectively.
