ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Supply Chain Financial Development & M&A (internally referred to as Director of Supply Chain Partnerships) to spearhead synergistic efforts among Corporate Development, Finance & Accounting, and Supply Chain teams. This pivotal leadership position, reporting directly to the VP of Supply Chain, demands a robust understanding of corporate strategy and supply chain operations to foster growth, enhance operational efficiency, and boost competitive positioning in the market.
- Market Analysis
- Partner with the Corporate Development team to evaluate market trends and pinpoint prospective acquisition or investment opportunities that bolster essential supply chain capabilities.
- Integration Planning
- Direct the supply chain integration strategy during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Supplier Collaboration
- Engage with Corporate Development to negotiate strategic alliances with key suppliers, enhancing supply chain resilience and driving innovation.
- New Product Development
- Coordinate efforts to synchronize supply chain capabilities with new product launches, guaranteeing market readiness.
- Risk Assessment
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities within the supply chain.
