You will empower teams to make data-driven decisions by performing in-depth analyses and developing robust dashboarding tools. Your leadership will be essential in crafting industry-leading analytical instruments and enabling manufacturing personnel to derive insights independently, setting the stage for future automation enhancements.WHAT YOU'LL DOData Analysis and Reporting:Gather, cleanse, and analyze manufacturing data to pinpoint trends and anomalies.Create and maintain dashboards for visualizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and other essential metrics.Deliver regular insights and reports to stakeholders.Process Engineering:Collaborate with product and manufacturing testing teams to implement best practices and enhance data quality.Employ data-driven methodologies to propose and execute process improvements using tools such as GR&R, MSA, and RSA.Assess the effects of implemented changes and refine strategies as necessary.Continuous Improvement:Stay informed about the latest tools and techniques in data analysis and visualization.
