This key role will lead essential testing initiatives in the development of an advanced airborne platform, significantly influencing the future of vertical flight. The focus will be on air vehicle development and the integration of mission autonomy to address the evolving requirements of defense capabilities.Your contributions will span new aircraft development, including propulsion systems, avionics, batteries, mechanisms, structures, sensors, and payloads. You will thrive in a culture that emphasizes ownership and agility, allowing you to directly influence the product development process and accelerate the flight of innovative designs.WHAT YOU’LL DOUtilize testing as a design tool to facilitate the maturation of components, systems, and subsystems from initial bench tests to production-ready vehicles, missions, and support systems.Establish and maintain highly representative Hardware In Lab (HIL) and Hardware In The Loop (HITL) integration environments capable of simulating flight missions.Prioritize the safety of integration environments by implementing designs that minimize risks to team members.Create, evaluate, and execute appropriate test plans across various stages of development.
