As the Lead Manufacturing Engineer, Analytics, you will spearhead a dedicated team of engineers, crafting analytical solutions that empower day-to-day decision-making across various product lines and developmental initiatives. This role demands a candidate with exceptional technical and analytical acumen, capable of translating these skills into tangible business results.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Lead and mentor a focused team of Manufacturing Engineers, driving the development of innovative solutions while enhancing existing frameworks.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the success of your team’s initiatives.
- Partner with manufacturing leadership to devise and implement analytical manufacturing solutions that boost productivity, minimize costs, and elevate quality standards.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of manufacturing data, including production metrics, process flows, and resource utilization, to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overarching business goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to keep our manufacturing processes and analytical tools at the forefront of innovation.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of analytical strategies aimed at continuous improvement.
- Lead initiatives in kaizen, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies to enhance production efficiency.
- Provide strategic insights into capacity planning and workforce management to ensure operational scalability.
- Establish and refine manufacturing KPIs to evaluate performance and foster accountability.
- Support new product development from a manufacturing standpoint, ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
