In this pivotal role, you will act as the operational backbone for our release cycles, collaborating closely with engineering leadership to ensure timely, high-quality software releases that meet customer expectations. You will combine strategic systems thinking with exceptional execution prowess: proactively identifying dependencies and technical risks while maintaining a strong focus on action and an unwavering commitment to product quality. This position is ideal for an individual who flourishes in uncertainty and has a passion for developing scalable processes.WHAT YOU'LL DOEnd-to-End Release Ownership: Lead the software release process from planning through testing and deployment, ensuring on-time, stable releases that satisfy customer requirements.Architect & Elevate Release Quality: Define and continuously improve quality gates, testing strategies, and essential release metrics. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure thorough testing and embed quality at every stage of the development and release pipeline.Bridge Teams and Drive Execution: Serve as the vital link between engineering, testing & evaluation, and program management to ensure smooth execution across teams.Strategic Prioritization & Decisive Execution: Create clear frameworks for prioritization, communication, and decision-making that enable teams to navigate ambiguity and concentrate on what truly matters. Swiftly evaluate technical risks and identify critical release blockers, crafting actionable plans to resolve issues.Continuous Process Improvement: Design and advocate for a release management process that balances speed and stability, actively seeking feedback and leveraging data to enhance performance.
