As we navigate the complexities of modern strategic competition, our commitment lies in delivering cutting-edge advancements in autonomy, artificial intelligence, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to military applications within months rather than years.ROLE OVERVIEWThe Senior Program Manager for Supply Chain Systems will be a pivotal leader within Anduril’s Supply Chain team, overseeing significant components of our Digital and Process ecosystem. This role will foster collaboration across various internal teams such as Procurement, Purchasing, Planning, and Program Management, as well as external stakeholders including IT, Engineering, Business Systems, Strategy, and Legal. The objective is to craft strategic system implementation plans that will enhance our digital infrastructure and streamline our end-to-end processes, with a focus on scalability and resilience as our workforce and technological resources expand.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Facilitate and implement functional process and data mapping across Supply Chain segments including Procurement, Purchasing, Program Management, and Material Management.Align Supply Chain objectives with related departments (Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.) to ensure cohesive strategies, forecasting, and prioritization timelines.Partner with IT teams to deliver a strategic enhancement roadmap that drives business value, covering all phases from project planning and resource allocation to implementation and training.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and key point of contact for the System, Process, and Data roadmap related to Supply Chain Operations, encompassing Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Material Planning, and Inventory Management.Design and implement a comprehensive Supply Chain Reporting and KPI suite, featuring tools for both supply partners and internal dashboards to provide insights into operational health, scalability, risks, and opportunities.Collaborate with IT to define specifications for custom applications and platforms, guiding the development process to ensure alignment with essential business capabilities and objectives.
