As our business rapidly expands and we scale our production capabilities, you will play a critical role in transitioning multiple prototype products into full-scale production. Your leadership will ensure a seamless evolution of our processes, enabling the successful introduction of new products.This dynamic growth landscape calls for a seasoned leader capable of coordinating across diverse engineering and production teams. You will dive deep into operational details, focusing on aspects such as serial effectiveness of components, inventory management, procurement of materials, and harness development release protocols. Your proactive approach will identify potential gaps and risks early, allowing you to implement effective solutions.
