As a key leader in this division, you will serve as a technical authority, guiding the evaluation, qualification, management, and advocacy of multiple complex projects. This role is essential for ensuring that each initiative aligns with the company's strategic objectives and is adequately resourced, balancing innovation with effective execution to drive business success.ABOUT THE JOBIn this role, you will spearhead the technical development and integration of vehicle systems for a Maneuver Dominance product, overseeing the process from initial concept through to delivery. You will collaborate closely with program leadership, cross-functional teams from other products, and third-party system vendors to develop designs that align with customer requirements, ensuring traceability to technical decisions made by the program office.Your responsibilities will be varied and demand that you utilize both your technical knowledge and leadership abilities to set clear objectives, foster cross-functional teamwork, and expedite project completion.
