We are looking for a Young Learner to support the team responsible for ensuring the quality and organization of data related to clinics and healthcare professionals on our platform.This individual will assist in the operational routines of the team, contributing to information validation, data organization, and administrative tasks, ensuring that data is accurate and well-structured to support various departments within the company.This is an ideal opportunity for those who wish to gain practical experience in data processes, organization, and the operations of a technology company.What You Will Learn:How a department responsible for data organization and quality assurance operates within a tech company;How to identify and validate information for clinics and healthcare professionals on our platform;Working with spreadsheets and data organization;Supporting internal processes involving different teams within the company;Using professional tools such as CRMs and management platforms;Understanding the daily workings of a team that supports areas like sales, onboarding, and operations.You will also have the chance to actively participate in the team's routines, learning hands-on and developing new skills.Daily Activities:Support in searching and validating information for clinics and healthcare professionals;Assist in the creation and updating of profiles on the platform;Organize information in spreadsheets and internal systems;Help verify critical data accuracy;Assist the team with internal requests and process organization;Learn to use digital tools utilized in the company's daily operations.

Role overview: Software Engineer - Data Infrastructure & Acquisition This role sits within the AI team’s Data division. The engineer will own data collection processes that support model training, helping Speechify build and scale high-quality datasets efficiently. The team’s infrastructure enables petabyte-scale dataset creation by combining engineering, infrastructure, and research. What you will do Identify and source new audio data for integration into Speechify’s ingestion pipeline. Manage and improve cloud infrastructure for the ingestion pipeline using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Terraform. Work with data scientists to boost cost efficiency, throughput, and dataset quality, supporting the development of next-generation models. Collaborate with AI team members and company leadership to shape the dataset roadmap for future consumer and enterprise products. Location This position is based in Curitiba, Brazil, with remote collaboration as part of Speechify’s global team.
