Key Responsibilities:
Manage, Structure, and Optimize CRM Journeys: Develop, review, and enhance automation flows across email, WhatsApp, and push notifications, focusing on engagement, reactivation, retention, and conversion throughout the customer lifecycle.
Monitor End-to-End Performance: Analyze user behavior within funnels, track metrics across channels, identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and necessary prioritizations. Ensure a 360º view of the user and data-driven decision making.
Collaborate Closely with Product and Business Teams: Ensure squad initiatives align with the company’s strategic goals, contributing insights, planning, and tactical direction.
Lead Growth Experiments and Tests: From hypothesis development to execution and result analysis, conduct A/B tests, channel experiments, landing page optimizations, and evolve acquisition flows.
Support and Optimize Acquisition, Activation, Retention, and Revenue Funnels: Drive key metrics such as CAC, activation, LTV, churn, and engagement—always delivering high-impact outcomes.
Identify Opportunities and Improve Communication and Flow: Propose structural and evolutionary adjustments based on deep analysis, benchmarks, and best practices.
Document Insights, Tests, Processes, and Best Practices: Ensure the continuity of strategies and scalability of results.
Embrace an agile and experimental mindset, continually seeking quick wins and scalable hypotheses that contribute to sustainable growth.
Collaborate with teams such as Content, Product, Tech, Design, and BI to enable testing, evolution, integrations, and innovative solutions.
