Qualifications
Proven experience in ServiceNow SPM module ownership or a similar role in project management. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions. Experience with Agile and DevOps practices is a plus.
