Role Overview
The Assistant Client Support Officer is an entry-level role within the client service team, tasked with facilitating the daily operations of the service desk. This position involves managing administrative and coordination responsibilities, assisting with ticket handling processes, and ensuring timely and professional communication with clients throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Client Service Desk team.
• Receive, validate, and document client service requests, ensuring all information is accurate and comprehensive.
• Assist in triaging requests by ensuring proper categorization and escalation of incidents.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and records related to service desk activities and client interactions.
• Update clients on the status of their requests, upholding a high standard of customer service.
• Ensure service tickets are resolved promptly and satisfactorily, with relevant notes provided.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate seamless issue resolution.
• Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally in both Cantonese and English.
• Work in a 24/7 shift structure according to a defined roster.
