Role Overview
The Associate Solutions Engineer helps secure technical wins during the sales process. This role acts as a trusted advisor for both prospective and current clients, with opportunities to support implementation and customer adoption efforts.

What You Will Do
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams across the OpenGov ecosystem.
- Develop sales proposals and match solutions to client needs.
- Provide technical sales support that fits the Govology sales approach.
- Prepare and deliver product demos that show how customers can use OpenGov now and in the future.
- Encourage the development of Technical Champions during sales conversations.
- Take responsibility for achieving technical wins in partnership with the sales team.
- Spot, evaluate, and recommend proof-of-concept opportunities.
- Support the technical portions of RFPs and RFQs.
- Create reusable technical materials to strengthen sales efforts.
- Use AI to build tailored solutions for prospects and clients.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
