Key tasks include conducting site surveys, designing system configurations, installing and commissioning equipment, and executing troubleshooting and maintenance activities.Key Responsibilities:Offer on-site technical support during the integration, commissioning, testing, and optimization of DAS and small cell systems.Act as the primary technical expert within your region or program for advanced in-building solutions, serving as a liaison between Sales and clients on technical queries; provide insightful technical recommendations.Coordinate with customer technical teams, carriers, subcontractors, solution engineers, design engineers, and field technicians to successfully deploy and operationalize DAS and/or small cell systems.Lead pre-and post-deployment survey activities for new DAS and small cell installations, utilizing specialized software and tools.Conduct RF data collection and analysis to define and enhance coverage requirements before and after deployment.Oversee integration and commissioning during system deployments and field trials.Collaborate with design engineers and stakeholders to identify and resolve system challenges during deployment and acceptance testing, offering technical recommendations for optimization.Document installations in line with internal and external standards, including any hardware and software modifications made in the field.Review customer deliverables, assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies.Approve and finalize closeout packages.Conduct pre-deployment data collection, benchmarking, and continuous-wave (CW) testing.Activate and test DAS and small cell systems following customer and equipment manufacturer specifications.Support the integration and commissioning of equipment during deployments in accordance with system design and customer/carrier specifications.Perform post-deployment data collection and acceptance testing to confirm that coverage and capacity requirements are met.Troubleshoot and repair DAS and small cell systems as necessary.Prepare and submit essential project documentation.
