As a primary focus on Revenue Operations, you will oversee the operating cadence (including pipeline inspection, forecast readiness, and QBR/MBR support) and the GTM measurement framework that underpins it. Your collaboration with Salesforce Administrators and Systems partners will be essential for system configuration while you take ownership of business requirements, definitions, governance, and daily pipeline rigor that keeps our revenue engine operating smoothly. Strengthening HSI’s revenue intelligence will be crucial, as you establish a reliable source of truth across the complete revenue lifecycle—from lead to opportunity, opportunity to close, and renewal/expansion.
