Reporting directly to the Vice President of Asset Management, you will manage relationships with third-party brokers, negotiate letters of intent (LOIs), new leases, lease renewals, and amendments. Your contributions will also include participating in portfolio reviews and assisting in the annual budgeting process for vacancies and renewals. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate with brokers, tenants, internal teams, and vendors while handling a high volume of transactions.
