Your Role at PMG
As a Senior Associate, you will engage directly with clients, develop comprehensive retail media campaigns, and work alongside media leads, analytics experts, and creatives to drive impactful full-funnel strategies across major marketplaces. Your hands-on approach and data-driven mindset will ensure that our campaigns are not only effective but also insightful, helping brands achieve their goals.
You will be responsible for executing end-to-end campaigns across various retail media platforms, analyzing performance metrics to derive actionable insights, and leading weekly client discussions by presenting updates and optimization strategies. Your contributions will help shape our processes, influence team planning, and enhance your professional skills with the guidance of supportive leaders.
