Key Responsibilities Coordinate delivery and maintenance of CAD/BIM content for data center projects. Use advanced BIM tools and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards. Support the CAD/BIM team throughout all project phases, including closeout activities. Lead communications with stakeholders regarding BIM content and updates. Conduct model health checks to maintain data integrity. Integrate retrofit projects into existing BIM models. Handle general model maintenance and drafting tasks as needed. Manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with diverse project teams.
