We foster a supportive work environment and promote professional development through diverse learning opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the transformation readiness team to review and finalize training plans.Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive, role-specific training in line with the VCF Transformation Training Plan, using provided test scenarios and myVCF system screenshots to shape training materials.Lead the development and co-delivery of substantive training for VCF personnel on comprehensive claims lifecycle processes, including claims review, administration, quality control, and payment protocols, utilizing materials provided by VCF subject matter experts.Create user-friendly, professional-grade graphics and communication media for How-To Guides, website content, and other communication tools aimed at educating the public, law firms, and VCF staff regarding VCF Transformation and associated process changes.Partner with the VCF team and system integrator to support staff during the transition, ensuring a smooth rollout of reformed claim review and operational processes.
Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic recent graduates to join our comprehensive training program in Salesforce, OBIEE, and ETL. Candidates should possess a foundational knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and .NET. Experience with object-oriented design principles is advantageous. Familiarity with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) including Oracle, DB2, SQL, Sybase, and MySQL will be beneficial. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
