Requirements for Subcontractor Crews:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential window and door installation.
- Proven carpentry skills with verification.
- Must operate as an LLC/EIN, S-Corp, C-Corp, or Partnership.
- Full insurance coverage required: liability, auto, and workers' compensation.
- EPA/Lead Certification is mandatory.
- Own an enclosed trailer or truck suitable for transporting windows, along with necessary tools including a metal brake.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 90 lbs without assistance.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with homeowners.
