We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and offer numerous opportunities for career advancement.Key Responsibilities:Complete equipment and vehicle repair reports accurately as part of the crew.Ensure all work is performed in accordance with DOT standards and quality guidelines.Maintain vehicles in optimal condition (including spray systems and other truck-mounted equipment) and ensure they are clean and organized daily.Accurately fill out pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms.Maximize production efficiency on job sites.Operate and maintain at least six different types of equipment as part of the training.Preferred Experience:Proficient in operating vehicles/equipment such as hand machines, forklifts, hand grinders, 3M hand-tape machines, 3M adhesive applicators, and hand-roller tamper carts.Experience in installing preformed thermo/hot tape.Qualifications:Pass background checks, including criminal record, driving record, and controlled substance/drug testing.Familiarity with local driving laws and regulations.Ability to perform basic arithmetic functions.Maintain safety equipment as required for each job.Adapt to new technologies and applications.Flexibility to adjust to changing work schedules.Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.Physical Requirements:Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly; occasionally lift/move over 100 pounds.Work outdoors in varying weather conditions; handle moving equipment and traffic.Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels.Availability:Monday to Friday with the potential for night and weekend shifts.Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.Benefits:Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance401k retirement plan
