Position Overview: Civil Construction Project Manager
We are currently seeking a seasoned Civil Construction Project Manager with a proven history of managing a diverse array of construction projects. In this role, you will oversee both self-performed tasks and lead project teams in the planning and design phases of construction initiatives, while also fostering important client relationships. Your contributions will be pivotal in driving strategic initiatives that promote the growth of our construction division.
Location Details
This position provides flexibility within Colorado's front range, welcoming candidates from various locations including Greeley, Fort Collins, Johnstown, as well as the Denver Metro area.
Your Impact
- Evaluate and ensure the project supervisor's budget and schedule adequacy.
- Conduct on-site construction observations and adhere to project procedures.
- Maintain a field book aligned with project protocols.
- Perform measurements of construction work and calculate quantities for pay items.
- Prepare daily inspection reports and other project documentation as mandated by project procedures and directed by the project supervisor.
- Report progress to the project supervisor, addressing technical issues, remaining work status, and any identified deficiencies.
- Review plans, specifications, and submittals related to assigned tasks.
- Provide design and professional assistance to project managers as needed.
- Maintain company-owned vehicles or equipment assigned for project use.
