The Legal AI Engineer (Contractor) will join for a fixed term to design, build, and document foundational legal AI systems. The role involves close collaboration with the legal team and cross-functional partners, with guidance from the Senior Manager of Legal Contracting Operations & AI Systems. Once systems are in place, solutions will be handed off to the legal team for ongoing use and improvement. AI is central to Gusto’s work.
