In this role, you will engage in various HR-related tasks and administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department.
Your responsibilities will include preparing meeting agendas, submitting documents, assisting with budget planning for the HR department, and collaborating with the HR team to facilitate employment processes. You will also be instrumental in managing employee onboarding paperwork, conducting background checks and drug screenings, and responding to HR-related inquiries from employees.
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of two years of relevant HR or administrative experience. Experience with payroll and benefits administration is highly desirable.
