About the Role
As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of features across our backend services, agentic frameworks, AI pipelines, and frontend applications. You will operate with minimal supervision, tackle complex challenges, devise innovative designs and optimizations, and help shape our microservices architecture while collaborating closely with product, design, and QA teams. You will work with high-performance, mission-critical tools and services. While experience in training or developing ML models/algorithms is not mandatory, it is a plus.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain scalable Ruby/Rails, TypeScript/Node, and Python services and RESTful or gRPC APIs integrated with agentic GenAI systems.
Optimize MongoDB and PostgreSQL queries and enhance overall service performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional squads to outline requirements and deliver features effectively.
Engage with AI Agents, MCP servers, and various AI-enabled tools and frameworks, embracing an environment of ambiguity and rapid evolution.
