Pearce Services is seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician based in the Des Moines, Iowa area. This regional position supports commercial HVAC equipment at telecom shelters on cell tower sites. The role suits those who are responsible, self-motivated, and interested in working within the telecom industry. Travel within the region is part of the job. What you will do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair cooling systems, including installing or replacing system components as needed. Conduct regular maintenance and performance checks on HVAC equipment. Perform maintenance or upgrades on HVAC equipment during off-peak seasons. Respond promptly to service calls, including emergency call-outs. Complete daily work reports accurately and submit them on time.
