About the job
As a Sales Development Executive at RRD, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our wide array of products and services, including Commercial Print, Packaging, Labels, and Direct Mail. You will be responsible for developing revenue generation through effective lead generation, engaging prospects, and nurturing relationships with both existing and potential customers. Your goal will be to significantly increase our sales/client ratio and broaden our customer base, while maintaining a record of achievement in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue and manage sales leads, visiting both current and potential customers of strategic importance.
- Evaluate customer needs and propose suitable products and services tailored to those needs.
- Handle complex customer queries, negotiate pricing and delivery schedules within your authority, and finalize sales orders to meet revenue objectives.
- Conduct research to identify and connect with prospective customers, building lasting relationships for future sales opportunities and repeat business.
- Channel sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor insights to relevant departments to adapt to market changes and customer requirements.
- Formulate long-term sales strategies for key clients and adjust sales tactics to achieve objectives.
- Establish and manage your own sales plans on an annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly basis to ensure targets are met.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior sales representatives to support their development and success.
- Propose additional solutions and services to clients, emphasizing the unique benefits of our offerings using internal tools and resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of targeted outcomes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and records in Salesforce.com.
- Engage in additional duties and special projects as required.
