About the Role MS Mode is seeking a Dutch-speaking Creative Graphic Designer to strengthen the visual identity of our brand. Based in Diemen, Noord-Holland, this position is ideal for someone with a strong background in (fashion) retail or e-commerce design who is ready for a new challenge. The role covers both digital and print, offering variety and room for creative input. Main Responsibilities Design visuals and banners for the webshop, social media, newsletters, and online advertisements (including Facebook and Google Ads). Create offline materials for stores, such as POS displays and flyers. Maintain consistency with the MS Mode brand style in every design. Assist with the development of brand guidelines and campaign materials. Work on projects in multiple languages (NL, DE, ES, FR), with support provided as needed. Team and Collaboration This role works closely with the marketing team and a small design group of two colleagues. Expect a mix of independent tasks and collaboration with various stakeholders. You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, conducting thorough analyses. You will monitor performance, clearly explaining variances from budget and forecasts. Diving into the Profit & Loss statements, you will identify key business drivers such as revenue, margins, and costs, while also supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.You will track and analyze inventory flows between purchasing, stock, and sales, ensuring proper inventory valuation, conducting controls, and reconciliations.
