**This position is contingent upon contract award**SOSi is actively seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator to facilitate mission requirements through a structured methodology aimed at enhancing, integrating, and sustaining a scalable data ecosystem that promotes interoperability, governance, and mission-oriented analytics for a Department of Defense (DoD) client. The core objective of this program is to bridge operational divides among the DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), interagency partners, and non-traditional international allies, thereby enabling real-time information exchange, dynamic data integration, and customized analytical capabilities tailored to specific missions.Key Responsibilities:Oversee planning, coordination, quality assurance, and Government liaison for training events.Manage the procurement of packaged training services under Cost-Reimbursement CLINs.Conduct thorough market research to identify qualified training providers.Solicit and evaluate quotes from a minimum of two vendors for each training initiative.Prepare and submit a vendor recommendation package, including justification, to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for approval.Facilitate scheduling, logistics, and communication with participants.Review training deliverables for quality and completeness after each event.Maintain comprehensive training records and provide monthly updates on status, costs, and participant engagement.Ensure training outcomes are aligned with Government-defined learning objectives.
