As a Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) at SumUp, you will be responsible for your own success from day one.
This role is highly commission-based:
You will receive a fixed salary along with an uncapped commission.
The more effort you put in, the more you earn.
Your success will directly impact your income and career growth.
You will manage your own schedule, oversee your designated territory, and engage with merchants directly on-site. Every deal counts – and pays off for you!
Your Responsibilities
- Actively engage with local merchants and identify new opportunities.
- Present our payment solutions in a clear, practical, and convincing manner.
- Handle objections confidently and close deals effectively.
- Establish and maintain a sustainable customer portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with a motivated and supportive sales team.
What You Bring to the Table
- Ambition, drive, and a passion for achieving results.
- Enjoyment in direct customer interaction and fieldwork.
- Basic technical understanding and the ability to explain products simply.
- A proactive, hands-on approach.
- Previous sales experience is a plus – but motivation and willingness to learn are key.
