Your role will involve designing, building, and modernizing scalable and secure cloud and hybrid solutions.In this pivotal role, you will facilitate the migration of workloads from on-premises data centers to AWS, standardizing cloud solutions, and integrating automation, security, and monitoring capabilities. This pivotal role is fundamental to Arlo’s expansion, entailing the education of brokers about our offerings, cultivating trust, and assisting them in guiding their clients toward selecting Arlo. Your key responsibilities will include:Broker Outreach and Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with health insurance brokers in your designated territory, educating them on Arlo’s level-funded health plan solutions and unique value propositions.Sales Execution: Achieve or surpass sales objectives by enhancing broker engagement and aiding them in client discussions to finalize deals.Market Development: Discover new brokers and market opportunities. Broaden Arlo’s presence in underserved regions or sectors.Support and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and implementation, to ensure seamless client onboarding. Act as the primary contact for broker inquiries and concerns.Territory Management: Proficiently manage your assigned territory, including scheduling meetings, attending broker events, and overseeing travel logistics.Reporting and CRM Usage: Keep detailed and current records in the CRM system and provide regular updates on broker activity, pipeline, and sales performance.
