Coordinate subcontractor activities, tracking progress against the schedule and manpower requirements; facilitate regular subcontractor meetings. Maintain site documentation as per project and client criteria. Participate actively in site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning meetings, coordination meetings, and handover meetings. Assist in the close-out of project deliverables, ensuring completion of Final Account, Punch List, Safety & QA files, material/plant reallocation, and project plan fulfillment. Manage and document all aspects of change management including cost and program impacts. Review construction drawings and setting-out details for accuracy and buildability. Execute, distribute, and resolve CSA snag lists. Qualifications:A degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. Proven ability to manage a team of CSA personnel. Excellent communication, numerical, and problem-solving abilities. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Expertise in delivering large-scale CSA projects.
