Role overview
The Account Executive - Commercial, France role focuses on driving revenue and expanding the sales pipeline in the French commercial sector. Based in Dublin, this position centers on building relationships with strategic customers, shaping sales approaches, and sharing customer feedback to help influence Notion’s product direction.
What you will do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by demonstrating how Notion supports better collaboration, transparency, and productivity for teams.
- Meet with prospective clients both in person and online to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Lead product demonstrations and consistently close deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
- Contribute to creating and refining sales playbooks and processes.
- Engage with the EMEA user community to deliver a strong customer experience.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of full-cycle sales experience at a growing software company.
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present effectively to a range of stakeholders.
- Open-minded, positive approach to solving problems.
- Motivation to succeed while maintaining integrity and values.
