Role Overview Position: Housing Officer – Migration Location: Dublin Contract: One-year Fixed Term Reports to: Property Programme Manager The Housing Officer – Migration helps connect property owners and other stakeholders with the IRC’s Register of Pledges. This work supports refugees in finding sustainable housing across Ireland. Main Responsibilities Meet and communicate with property owners interested in offering accommodation, providing clear information and support throughout the onboarding process. Help manage IRC housing properties, ensuring maintenance and compliance with all relevant regulations. Work closely with program managers, caseworker teams, and internal housing support to deliver suitable accommodation that matches each program’s needs. Carry out property assessments and inspections, following standards set by regulatory bodies such as PRSA licensing. Stay informed about social housing, social inclusion, and local authority regulations.
