Communicate operational changes to relevant parties via Flight Information System, telephone, or telex as appropriate. Monitor and respond to all ground-to-air communications, including phone calls, Sita Messages, and emails. Oversee accurate completion of load sheets, whether handled manually or through FTCs’ automated processes. Ensure staff begin shifts with the correct uniforms and PPE. Apply the compliance caution system when addressing safety breaches. Maintain professional relationships with other departments and customers to support smooth operations. Proactively update Airside Duty Officers and Duty Managers on daily operations and any potential delays to support contingency planning. Review FTC allocations three days in advance and communicate any changes to the Airside Control Manager.
