You will collaborate closely with the L&D team to ensure the smooth execution of various training initiatives aimed at fostering professional growth within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering the Focus Ireland L&D programme, maintaining accurate records and evaluations.Coordinate and help deliver the quarterly Corporate Induction for new employees, ensuring all materials and logistics are prepared in advance.Generate detailed reports on L&D activities based on established HR performance indicators, ensuring effective communication with trainers, facilities, and learners.Support internal training groups in the timely rollout of training programmes, particularly for Under 18 services, by sharing relevant information and maintaining accurate training records.Oversee the logistics of L&D events, including trainer bookings, venue arrangements, travel, accommodation, and invoicing.Serve as a primary contact for all learning and development inquiries, providing prompt and reliable support to staff and management.Identify and implement improvements to L&D administrative processes to enhance efficiency and quality.Assist in the coordination and execution of the Focus Ireland Graduate Programme, including recruitment, induction, training, and ongoing support.Establish and nurture partnerships with third-level institutions to bolster the Graduate Programme and develop a pipeline for future talent.Contribute to the development and management of the Student Placement Programme, including internal communication strategies and support for managers in student recruitment and supervision.Operate in alignment with Focus Ireland’s objectives and values, demonstrating flexibility in response to operational needs, organizational changes, and the occasional requirement to work outside standard hours.Perform other duties as assigned, remaining vigilant regarding Health, Safety, and Welfare, and promptly escalating concerns to the line manager or Health & Safety Representative.
