This involves translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements while ensuring alignment with customer, operational, and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving process enhancements, validating technology solutions, coordinating business engagement, and ensuring readiness for deployment. With a blend of curiosity, analytical skills, and experience in transformation, the Business Analyst will collaborate closely with business, technology, and delivery teams.This is a fixed-term contract role.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements & Solution DefinitionLead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with transformation goals.Develop comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications that accurately reflect business needs.Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to challenge assumptions, identify root issues, and propose effective solutions.Work closely with subject matter experts to define target-state processes, data requirements, and user journeys.Testing & Quality AssuranceOversee the creation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies, test plans, and scripts that effectively validate requirements.Coordinate UAT activities, ensuring readiness among testers, managing defects, and obtaining business sign-off.Support ongoing quality evaluations of solutions during development cycles, identifying and escalating risks promptly.Deployment & Business ReadinessAssist in deployment planning by coordinating cutover activities, business communications, and readiness assessments.Ensure that affected teams are informed of upcoming changes and that business processes and controls are updated accordingly.Collaborate with Change & Organisation Design teams to address training needs and promote operational adoption.
