The Learning & Development Specialist, based in Dublin, plays a key role in designing and delivering training for both technical and non-technical staff. This position shapes learning experiences across the organization and ensures that training programs meet business needs and reflect industry standards.
Main responsibilities
- Design and develop course content and training programs for a range of audiences.
- Manage the Moodle learning platform to support training activities.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, making sure they are delivered on time.
- Track and report on participation, progress, and training outcomes.
- Support onboarding processes and role-specific training pathways.
- Conduct learning needs analyses using data and input from stakeholders.
- Assess the effectiveness of training through evaluations and performance metrics.
- Contribute to the overall training strategy and address general learning needs.
- Monitor industry trends to enhance learning materials and methods.
- Align learning solutions with business objectives and performance standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR and company policies.
Requirements
- Experience creating course content and training programs for diverse groups.
- Proficiency with Moodle or similar learning management systems.
- Understanding of both technical and non-technical training needs.
- Strong organizational skills to manage training logistics and deadlines.
- Effective facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
